The image above displays the QuickBooks 2006 application
with a custom menu item added to the Customers menu.
This new menu item enables the user to display the dialog to
create a new invoice for a sale initiated from a quote
transmitted to the purchaser using our price quoting system.
This dialog interacts with the data in the price quoting
system database retrieving sales filtered by Vendor, Ship
Date, Ship Time, and Customer. Using the filtered
list of sales, the user can generate a new invoice in
QuickBooks which will be displayed so that the user can make
any modifications before the invoice is posted to the
QuickBooks database.
